This is the re-issue of volume 4. Again it consists of one track split into sections (nine this time). They have called the track 'Three Pipers at the gates of Dawn' and it lasts for sixty minutes. The first part consists of dark orchestral sounding atmospherics with throbbing out-of-this-world bass pulses.

The second part makes use of a fast sequence with the pulses coming more often, the sequence changes in pitch causing heightened tension. This would be good accompanying a chase scene in a film. The sequence mutates and subtle changes are made while themes come and go in the background. After eighteen minutes of part two the drums are introduced and the sequence, which is deeper in the mix, accommodates it beautifully. After twenty one minutes the drums and sequence subside to be replaced by wailing sirens (well sort of). Part three gets under way with half heard voices and deep space noises which leads into a droning part four. Part five quickens things up again with a lovely driving rhythm which is superimposed with a typical "ambient" dance beat, the bass being so low it will shake the pictures from the wall. This track is very short lived however before we enter the cosmos again this time with an acoustic guitar sound taking centre stage.

Track seven consists of a big deep reverberating gong which is added to in track eight by a heavy dance beat. The last track carries things on in a fairly similar fashion but with the beat less heavy finally finishing with one last bash of that gong. (DL)

Nederlandstalige versie

Dit is de heruitgave van deel vier van deze reeks. Weer bestaat deze slechts uit één track, ditmaal opgesplitst in negen secties. De track heet "Three Pipers at the Gates of Dawn" en duurt 60 minuten. Het eerste gedeelte bestaat uit donkere orkestrale atmosferen met bassen die vanuit een andere wereld schijnen te komen. Het tweede deel gebruikt een snelle sequence met dezelfde bassen, die van toonhoogte verandert om een spanningsveld op te bouwen. Dit kan zo gebruikt worden voor een achtervolgingsscène in een film. De sequence muteert en er gebeuren kleine veranderingen, terwijl ook de thema's op de achtergrond veranderen.

Na achttien minuten worden er drums bijgebracht, enorm bijgestaan door de op de achtergrond draaiende sequences. Na 22 minuten worden de drums en sequences vervangen door een soort van huilende sirenes. Part 3 komt op gang met half hoorbare stemmen en geluiden uit de ruimte, welke leiden en aangehouden worden in deel 4. In deel 5 versnelt de boel terug met een leidend ritme met een typische 'ambient' dancebeat, de bas is zo diep dat het mijn fundamenten doet trillen. De track is vrij kort maar vooraleer we terug in de kosmos gaan, komt er nog een akoestische gitaar bij.
