The subtitle to this CD 'Music for the Evening' gives you a very good idea as to what to expect.
The music is highly relaxing and floating with laid back melodies which fit the mood just right without becoming too 'pretty' and subtle use of rhythm on some tracks give the whole thing structure. There are some tracks such as the aptly titled 'Light-Sky-Stars', 'The Heart of Midnight' and 'faces' which should please the Space Music fans whilst others such as 'Acquainted with the Night' and 'Love' should appeal to those who like their music to have a bit more of a tune to it.
This music is not really in the same style as Jonn Serrie or Zazen but I feel it would appeal to fans of these artists. (DL)
